Breeding Contract August 2015

 

Stud Stallions Andelain Excalibur and Burrowa Moonlight Express!

 

Stud fee $1000 for Andelain Excalibur.

Stud fee $1000 for Burrowa Moonlight Express.

Stud fee $1000 for Andelain Black Magic.

Introductory Stud fee for Andelain Black Magic $660.00 limited bookings for his first season will apply.

 

Agistment $60pw which includes a handling fee of $30 a pw, feed of lucerne and oaten hay.

 

Alternatively the owner of the mare can supply the feed for the visiting mare. And the handling fee of $30pw.

 

I give a live foal guarantee – should the resultant foal be still born or live less than 2 weeks I will return the services from Andelain Excalibur or Burrowa Moonlight Express,  free of charge this does not include agistment or handling fees.  It does not mean you are refunded the service fee either.  So long as Andelain Excalibur, Andelain Black Magic or Burrowa Moonlight Express has not deceased or is physically incapable of returning the service the service will be honoured.

 

Mares must be well trimmed and not shod!

Should I think your mare is not in breeding condition (e.g. poor or sick)  I reserve the right to refuse the mare. I also reserve the right to refuse to serve a mare that I deem to be not of adequate height to accommodate the stallion or unable to be served by Andelain Excalibur, Moonlight Express or Andelain Black Magic eg too nasty or unable to be handled whilst being served. I reserve all rights to refuse any mare who is a hazard to the stallions or our handlers.

 

On arrival $1000 stud fee to be paid.

Balance of agistment and handling fee payable on collection of the visiting mare.

Service certificate will then be given with the dates the visiting mare has been served.

Along with photo of service.

 

The visiting mare will be stabled on arrival, I will introduce the mare to the chosen stallion and when she comes into season I will hand serve her in a yard. where she will be able to stretch out and relax. 

She will then return to the stable at night, she will be served by hand as I feel necessary to impregnate her. 

 Photos of the mating will be supplied.

All care is taken to ensure your mare is well looked after during her stay, however incase of freak accident or illness of your mare I take all care, no responsibility.

Any vet bills to the visiting mare payable by the owner.

Any vet bills to Andelain Excalibur, Burrowa Moonlight Express or Andelain Black Magic will be paid by myself
